Review/ General Surgery: "Corpus In Extremis: "Analysing Necrocriticism"
TobiasGeneral Surgery are proud to present their brand new album “Corpus In Extremis: Analysing Necrocriticism“. After the successful “Left Hand Pathology” three years ago, the band return with only their 2nd full-length; quite astonishing for a band created in 1988! But the fluctuations seem to have subsided and the line-up appears a bit more steady now.
“Corpus In Extremis: Analysing Necrocriticism“ was recorded at Off Beat studio (Stockholm), the band´s favourite place to create songs “served on a viscera infested mortuary slab for your audial displeasure” as they like to put it. These 5 raving-mad Swedish butchers are delivering a damm fine slab of great sick Death/grind music. We could define the band as an unholy crazy gore metal band, reveling in delivering this butchery as precise as a surgeon.
General Surgery will dissect your head! A mouth-watering blood-cocktail, simply Gore!
