Tokafi now offers personalized recording and editing services for artists on location in Berlin. Are you playing a gig and want to record it? Would you like to book a studio session? Do you already have a recording and are searching for professional editing and mastering? We're here to help.

Who is this for?
Our services are aimed specifically at artists either living in Berlin or passing through the German capital as part of a concert tour. Many of the clubs and concert halls in Berlin offer an excellent opportunity to record music for a future album release or for documentation purposes. The city also boasts many studio spaces and locations like grand cafes or churches, which are ideal for dedicated recording projects. Here, too, we can book and organise the session for you.

What kind of music do you specialise in?
Our main areas of expertise are classical music and contemporary composition, improvisation and jazz as well as sound art.

What we can offer you

• Live- and studio recordings in Berlin and surroundings
• Editing of finished recordings

What it will cost you
Since we're based in Berlin and have all of our equipment at hand, there are no travel costs on our end. This way, a complete concert recording can already be arranged for around 600 Euros (excluding possible costs for location rent). This includes:

• Recording on location, all equipment and engineer.
• Basic editing services. You will have a 'finished' product at the end of the process.
• We are happy to arrive at the location earlier and capture your rehearsals without additional cost.

• Dirk Fischer, recording producer and engineer with almost two decades of experience for labels like Naxos, Universal, Decca, RCA Red Seal, BMG Classics, Pentatone and Brilliant Classics.
